These high speed abrasive tube coping machines from Scotchman are a fast and cost effective methods to fit tubes together prior to welding. The high speed grinding belt provides a smooth polished surface at any angle from 0 to 60° in tubing from 3/4" up to 4.5" OD. There is a guarded belt surface on top ideal for grinding or deburring. Belt life is generally around 100-200 copes per belt depending on material. Mandrels change out in seconds with no tools required.

The AL100U-01uses a two axis crossfeed table with a hand lever feed handle and manual vise adjustment left and right.

The AL100U-02 features a precision crossfeed table with both a handweel and a lever feed handle.

The AL150 is built with a very heavy frame and also uses a cross feed table and hand wheels for vice positioning.

Bought one of these for our prototype shop. We bend a lot of round tube for our furniture. Very easy to setup and has many uses. Recommend the wheel controls instead of levers. By extra sizes of mandrel as you never know what the future holds.
