the HB1 Hand Tube Bending Machine for up to 5/8" OD tubing.
Heavy duty steel construction ensures lasting quality for bending
custom fuel, brake, and hydraulic lines, even small diameter chassis
tubing. Quick setup and simple operation make this the right choice
for light production, repair, and prototype work. Each die set is
reversible for bending three-times or five-times the diameter of
the tube radii and the adjustable bend die allows for easy repositioning
and removal of the tube. The HB1 Tubing Bender produces quality
bends in a variety of materials, and wall thicknesses with the flexibility
required for any project.

Tube bender
arrived well packed, and safe on the day promised, Easy assembly,
We bought it to primarily bend Stainless thin wall tube for hard
plumbing our race cars, First bend was a 5/8 .035 wall seamless
line on a 3" radius......The folks at Van Sant warned me this
might be a bit tight and 5" die might be be more appropriate,
but we made the bend of 135' with only the very smallest deflection
of the tube, with a bit more practice could be made dead on. The
only thing that kept this tool from being a 5 star was a fitment
problem on some of the dies that didn't fit the pivot pin without
honing. Over all a great tool and a definite asset in the shop,
