The compact line of machines are built with space in mind. These
portable benders offer hydraulic muscle with digital accuracy.
With capacity up to 3 inches, bend radii as tight as 1.5 X Diameter
in their standard configuration and tolerance of +/- .1 degree,
these machines are as versatile as they are economical. We also
offer a new following pressure die option for even tighter bend
to bend distances or tighter CLRs. Accessories such as deburring
and cut-off saws can be built into the cabinet to fit your requirements.

options, an ST pipe bender can be tailored to exactly fit your application.
Tubes up to 6 inches can be bent to a 1X diameter radius and held
to a tolerance of thousandths with your choice of controllers; Electro-mechanical,

Mandrel Bending
For Larger Diameters
For larger diameter tubes, transfluid's range of mandrel bending
machines are unsurpassed in quality and performance. Tubes 3-1/2"
to 6-1/2" diameter can be bent with ease. These machines can
be equipped with SPS technology and motorized rotary operation,
to give 2-axis or CNC operation. With fast tool change over (15
minutes max.) these machines are ideally suited for the large plant
and shipyard type environments. The utilization of wiper dies and
ball mandrels, together with controlled mandrel withdrawal and boosting
of the pressure die or collett, permit quality bending of large
diameter tubes with a thin wall. Click
