Model 3 Die Sets: If you do not see the die set that you require, such as a different radius or Delrin followers for aluminum or stainless, please contact our sales staff for a recommendation or quote.

O.D. - Refers to actual Outside Diameter of the tube as measured with a caliper. Max Degree of Bend - Dies can be purchased to bend up to 90° or up to a full U-bend of 180° after springback. Minimum Wall denotes the minimum recommended wall thickness for consistent high quality wrinkle free bends at the radius specified. CLR stands for "Center Line Radius", meaning the bend radius as measured from the center rotation point of the die to the middle of the tubing. Materials such as chrome moly or stainless may require special consideration. A single asterisk in the Common column denotes our most popular die sets.
