Roto Star welding positioners are a must for precision welding.
These heavy duty units were designed to increase productivity and
improve quality for a variety of applications. They can be ordered
with a standard 3 jawchuck with through hole and 250 lbs. of capacity,
or a surface plate for fixturing work pieces. They are adjustable
from 0 to 90° by 15° increments and feature a 300 amp double
grounding system which eliminates feedback during high frequency
welding. A reversible variable speed control unit and foot pedal
allow hands free operation. Optional accessories include variable
speed foot pedal, adjustable idler roller assembly, and arm rest.
