Payment:
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Pay Pal. We do accept purchase orders from educational and government institutions. On occassion, credit terms can be established for large corporate entities for orders of $2000 or more, but may take 3-5 days to approve with sufficient references and completed credit application.

Shipping:
We ship UPS daily. Other carriers may be used, but customer must arrange all shipping documentation and pickup (Call tag). Shipment via common carrier must be prepaid and will be FOB point of origin. Truck Freight shipments will be sent to a commercial business address with forklift, unless specified otherwise. If not specified, additional charges will be COD.

All shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. On shipments direct from the manufacturer, their terms apply.

Returns:
No Returns without prior approval. No returns after 30 days. Products must be in original package in new/unused condition and must be shipped prepaid. A restocking fee of 15% or more will be applied.

Freight Claims:
Any claims for damage or loss must be filed with carrier by purchaser. All freight claims must be marked on the Bill of Lading upon arrival. Notation of damages is responsibility of purchaser.
